Professional laboratory board-level overhaul service
If your component exhibits any of the following issues, this specific laboratory repair will permanently resolve them. We do not just replace components that are currently failed; we re-engineer known wear points site-wide:
Class-100 anti-static environments
Cycling from -20°F to 180°F
End-to-end active network testing
This SKIM delete removal service is designed for 1996–2006 Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge vehicles equipped with the Sentry Key Immobilizer Module (SKIM). If immobilizer authorization has failed or key programming is no longer possible, this service removes the SKIM function from the ECU/PCM, allowing the vehicle to operate without immobilizer interference.
This service modifies the ECU internally so that the engine can run without SKIM authentication.
We disable the SKIM immobilizer logic inside your ECU, ECM, or PCM. Once completed, the module will no longer require communication with the SKIM module or chipped key to allow engine operation.
This service is commonly used when replacing an ECU, when SKIM modules fail, or when key reprogramming is no longer possible.
For this service to work correctly, the following requirements must be met:
Your ECU must match the supported units and reference photos
The SKIM module in the steering column must be disconnected before reinstalling the ECU
Some vehicles may require additional wiring or configuration changes
This service does not repair PCI bus failures or wiring issues
If these conditions are not met, immobilizer-related symptoms may persist.

Some vehicles may store fault code P0633 after the SKIM delete. This code cannot be erased but does not affect performance or drivability, per Chrysler Service Bulletin #08-030-06 REV A.
A PCI bus failure can mimic SKIM-related symptoms and may still cause electrical issues after the SKIM delete. These issues may include loss of power windows, air conditioning, or instrument cluster operation. Cherokee and Grand Cherokee models are particularly prone to PCI bus failures.
This service does not repair PCI bus faults or vehicle wiring issues.
We are based in Texas and provide SKIM delete services for customers throughout Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, and across Central Texas. Nationwide mail-in service is available for customers outside Texas.
Purchase the SKIM delete service and remove the ECU, ECM, or PCM from your vehicle. Package the module securely in a padded box.

Once the modified ECU is returned and installed, the engine will operate without SKIM authorization. No key programming or dealer immobilizer pairing is required. Clearing fault codes after installation is recommended.
Will this fix a no-start condition?
Only if the no-start condition is caused by SKIM immobilizer authorization. Electrical or PCI bus issues are not corrected by this service.
Do I need to disconnect the SKIM module?
Yes. The SKIM module in the steering column must be disconnected before reinstalling the ECU.
Will code P0633 appear?
It may. This code does not affect vehicle operation.
Does this fix PCI bus failures?
No. PCI bus failures must be diagnosed and repaired separately.
Do you service customers outside Texas?
Yes. This is a nationwide mail-in service.
